Yankee Game...

In April, we went to our first Yankee game of the season. Gramps would be proud of his only grand-daughter and her Yankee fever. Sami was dressed in Gramps' Yankee tee and her pink Yankee hat and she even made a Yankee sign! Too bad all of Sami's Yankee hype couldn't bring about a win...oh, well, maybe next time!

A baby cousin...

Joseph Daniel Rella was born on Saturday, March 15, 2008. His proud cousins Michael and Samantha met him on Sunday and were so excited to hold him. God bless you Joseph....

Samantha's Birthday 2008

On Saturday, March 15, 2008 we celebrated Samantha's 10th birthday. The theme this year was American Girls. The guests got all dressed up and participated in a mystery play based on the Samantha books. After the play they sat down to an all-American meal of hot-dogs and chips and completed the festivities with some delicious American flag cake! The rest of the party was spent doing various activities that corresponded to each of the American Girl Doll Eras. A great time was had by all!
